I am ValentineI'm a mechanical engineer and for a long time I worked in industry, a very demanding and predominantly male environment. For years I gave it my all, until the day my body and mind said stop. Visit burn-out was a brutal but essential turning point, a forced pause that led me to question myself in depth about what I really wanted.

Travelling has always been one of my great passionsIt's a means of escape and discovery that has stayed with me throughout my life. I've also been lucky enough to be surrounded, in my family and my circle of friends, by incredible women who have given me so much and inspired me so much.

During my first women's 100% trip, which focused on sport and well-being, I really felt the powerful impact of these experiences. This trip allowed me to take a step back, to reconnect with my body and my desires, and above all to regain the confidence I thought I'd lost.

Today, I realise the extent to which we women are under constant pressure. The pressure to perform well at work, to take care of our personal lives, to be perfect mothers, to be present companions, all the while responding to societal injunctions about our appearance and our way of being. We are asked to be everywhere, all the time, never faltering. But it's essential to take a breather, to give yourself a break, and to step back and refocus on yourself.

It was this realisation that prompted me to create Wonderess It's a place where every woman can take some precious time out, disconnect from everyday life and rediscover new energy, without pressure, just for herself.
